STORYLINE
Iori Kitahara apne college ke pehle saal ke liye Izu Peninsula shift hua — apne chachu ke diving shop “Grand Blue” ke upar ek kamre mein rehne ke liye. Samundar, dhoop, aur pyaari cousin Chisa ke saath ek ideal college life ka sapna tha.

Diving Club ke members — Shinji Tokita aur Ryuujirou Kotobuki — actually diving se zyada peene, party karne aur nange hone mein busy rehte hain.
