This short anime spin-off focuses on Gen Narumi, the captain of the Defense Force’s First Division. On the battlefield, he is unbeatable, but when it comes to daily office responsibilities, he avoids them completely. This 4-episode short series shows how his “carefree routine” gets disrupted by unexpected challenges and workplace complications. The tone is lighter and more comedy-focused than the main series, as the story was written by the creator of the original Kaiju No. 8 RELAX manga.
